Our warranty covers all faults and issues that may arise in your device within the specified warranty period. However, any physical and water damage caused by the user is not included in the warranty. Moreover, unauthorised third party repairs will void your warranty. Reuse Mobiles cannot warrant battery performance to meet brand new manufacturer performance or capacity claims.
The coverage of the warranty begins from the day you receive your device and will be valid up till the very last day of the warranty period. There are different durations of the warranty period for smartphones of different conditions. Devices under “Mint” or “As New Condition” have a warranty period of 24 months. If the phone is labelled as “Ex-demo” or “Like New” condition, the device is covered from damages for a duration of 12 months. Our warranty covers the phone for 6 months when a smartphone is in “Good” condition.
